Brief: ADDvise to acquire Hettich Labinstrument

Jan 26 (Reuters) - ADDvise Group AB (publ)  ADDVa.ST : 
    * Signs agreement to acquire Hettich Labinstrument, supplier of consumables, instruments and 
laboratory equipment to health care, research and industrial sector 
    * Initial purchase price of 12.95 million Swedish crowns ($1.47 million) is based on cash 
and debt free basis  
    * Two possible earn-outs include 4.7 million crowns paid in cash indicative by Q2 2018 
provided that FY 2017 EBITDA reach 5.2 million crowns; 2.35 million crowns when certain 
contractual conditions are met 
    * Purchase price to be paid through combination of cash and newly issued ADDvise shares of 
series B
